TASTING CLASSES – THE FINE PRINT:
- It is recommended that you use public transportation, walk or arrange a ride to and from the class.
- Tastings are complete with light snacks.
- Cancellation Policy: Seating registrations are transferrable so you are welcome to send someone else in your place if you cannot attend a tasting. If you contact us more than 48 hours prior to the tasting date to cancel one or more seats, you will receive a store credit for the value of the cancelled seat(s). Store credits can be used for any future purchases, including tastings or products. Cancellation requests received within 48 hours of the tasting date are not refundable.
Private Events
The Cellar Door is an intimate space to host private events, tastings and product launches. Breathtaking views of the Bow Valley and the Three Sisters Mountain combined with the décor and open floor plan makes the Cellar Door a fantastic location for your gathering.
The Cellar Door is available outside of standard business hours for educationally themed events led by a wine educator. From variety or region we can customize the perfect tasting and private event for you.
PRIVATE EVENTS – THE FINE PRINT:
- We are more than happy to customize your tasting if you have a particular theme or preference in mind.
- General cost is $50 per person depending on the theme.
- Due to limited space available we would require 8 to 10 people for an intimate/private sit down tasting.
- We can certainly discuss the situation for larger groups and a more casual atmosphere.
- If you are interested in having light snacks or canapes we are happy to provide you with several local catering options as we do not provide food services.
- All events are subject to availability and are hosted outside of our business hours of operation.
